Our Love Story

1. How long have you and your significant other been together?

Almost 6 years...wow

2. How did you meet? {What's your "love" story?}

Ha, the gym. Yep that's right, we met at the gym. I had a girlfriend that knew/dated one of his guy friends and they kinda set us up on a blind date. We had seen each other obviously from the gym but knew nothing about one another. So we went out one night...Jose's with some friends and from that point on we spent every day together.

3. If married, how long have you been married? If not, is this the guy you hope to marry? {do tell}

We are about to celebrated our BIG 2 year anniversary. :)

4. If you are married, where did you get married at? Big or small wedding? If not, where would you like to get married? And will it be big or small?

We had a "medium" sized wedding...probably about 200 people. Wes and I got married at Bell Gable in Fayetteville and it was PERFECT! I had some senior pictures taken there and every since I knew I wanted to get married there. I had faith in the weather and had the big outdoor ceremony and reception right there on the grounds.

 

5. Do you have any nick-names that you call one another? Do share!

The whole "Babe" thing we have down...every once in a while when I mean it I will break out the  "Babe Graham" :) He has a thing and calls everyone he loves "weasel"

6. Name 3 things you love most about your honey.

He's amazing, Christian, loving, easy going, goofy, always on my side, & a hard worker. That was  more than 3 and I could go on but...

7. Tell us how he proposed? Or your ideal proposal?

He had put my ring around Hemi's (my baby boy dog) collar one Saturday in March and waited and waited and waited on me to find it so he could do the whole spill. It took me forever to finally find it which is crazy because Hemi is usually in my lap and following my every step. We went to a wedding earlier in the day and he left it on Hemi. OH...did I mention we have a doggy door. CRAZY!!! Hemi came in really muddy and I took him to the bath tub to wash him off and I finally found it.

8. Is he a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy for v-day, or strawberries, champagne, and rose petals?

He's definitely not a teddy bear kind of guy, thank goodness. I don't do the whole stuffed animal thing, that's for kids. :)  I do love me some flowers but not for v-day. (too much money and I would rather it be some random day...delivered to work ;)) I LOVE me some strawberries especially chocolate covered strawberries.  

9. Are you a sunset dinner on the beach kind of girl, or pop a movie in and relax on the couch?

Well...since we don't live anywhere near the beach I would say we are a movie and couch kinda couple. We both LOVE the beach so much and I would love to say we are a sunset dinner on the beach couple but no, considering we do live in Arkansas. Friday nights are Movie and Mexican with some of our good friends.

10. Tell us one thing you'd like to do with your significant one day. If you could do anything? Go anywhere?

ooooh, since I do love the beach I would love to go to Tahiti and stay in one of those beach huts out in the middle of the ocean. DREAM BIG

11. Tell us what you plan on doing on this Valentine's Day.

Wes surprised me with a nice dinner. We went to Bordinos to eat! We didn't do gifts this year, just enjoyed each other.
