Sneak Peak

Wes and I took our engagement pictures lastnight. We met Jessica at her house and went to a few locations in Cave Springs to shoot. We had soooo much fun! Wes was kinda dreading it because he didn't know what to expect. It was a lot easier than what I expected!!! She posted a few on her blog jessicaritchiephotography.com!!! I made a button to the left of my screen or she is on my blog list. I love the way they turned out and I can't wait to see the rest!!! Now I feel like I have done something really productive for the wedding, ha! Let the countdown begin!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Molly

Here she is...the little birthday girl! Warning, there are A LOT of pictures in this post!
Wes and I went to Little Rock last Sunday to celebrate my niece, Molly's 1st birthday. We are soooo glad they moved closer. (they moved from Atlanta)
The rents with their baby girl at her party!
This was Molly's personal cake before she got a hold of it. Wait til you see it when she is done.
She started off really slow: lightly touching it, poking at it, and then....
She dug in!!! Her older brothers helped too, they couldn't keep their hands off of it.
She was giving away free bite "any takers"
mmmmmmmmm.....she thought this was so good!
Look at that face, adorable!
This was the after picture of her lap. She had had enough and was ready to get out.
Molly with Lynlea after getting cleaned up.
Me & Molly on her birthday!!!
She is such a HAM
opening her gifts up! She opened every single one and played with all of her gifts too!
Tired anyone??? This was after the party was over! Hope you had a great 1st birthday Molly!!!

Bye Bye Kimberly

Kimberly is moving to Little Rock...we will miss you! But it's not 'that' far so I'm sure you will be home often and we can always come visit! Everyone got together lastnight at Noodles to tell her goodbye. She got a job there and her boyfriend lives there so she will have TONS of fun!
WOW...close up! Wes and I at dinner before everyone decided to go out. Wes decided to opt out and go to Clay's birthday get together.
Kimberly and her "We'll Miss You" cake...it was yummo! We all went to Razor's Reef afterwards for a little while. Allison and I didn't stay long...we were tired.
Now I'm off to She Said Yes to look at more bridesmaid dresses with Allison. I can't make up my mind on dresses for the girls to wear. ugh....
Our engagement pictures were supposed to be last Thursday but they got rescheduled for this week because of the rain. I was a little bummed since I got all of our clothes together and dry cleaned but I'm excited to get them done.

Look At This Little Mess

Sunday I went and got Jinjer so she could go with me to run errands. She was "bored" at home and wanted to do something, ha! Poor Jessi has the flu, on her 10th birthday. Happy Birthday Jessi! I was going to watch Joslin while Jessi had her party but it got postponed b/c she was sick. So Jinjer and I went to the mall & target.
We decided we would get our nails painted. Yes she chose bright blue with gold sparkles. Hey, at least it's her school colors. Getting her nails dryed! Talk about hard work trying to get this girl to sit still for very long, thank goodness for nail dryers.
She begged to go in any place with make up, she really wanted some HOT PINK lip stick. Can you imagine: Jinjer + hot pink lip stick = HOT MESS!!! So I found Monica at Clinique and she did a little make over on Jinjer.
Oh Boy....she thought she was something! (We still had to go to Target) She decided for blue eye shadow, (to match her nails, of course) light pink blush, & hot pink lips. So...what do you think? Would you hire Monica for a make over??? HA

Happy Birthday Andrea!!!

This is about the best picture I got of the whole family! Luke was too busy trying to get him some cake...YUMMY!
Here a picture of everyone trying to blow out Andrea's candles since Heath got 'trick' ones. He says it was on accident, yeah right. Just like a man!
Luke FINALLY getting him some cake! Oh boy, does this boy like chocolate chip cookie cake with icing! His little hand print was in the cake. Funny story, Heath went to the mall today to pick the cake up. Well with Luke in one hand and the cake in the other was a work out. Apparently Luke went for the cake and smashed it in a little, bit it was cute! Heath reserved the back room for Andrea's 30TH birthday tonight. We had a great group, her mom even came to town from St. Louis to help celebrate. So I know most of her favorite people were there. Happy Birthday Andrea!!! We hope you had a great one and many more to come. Have fun on your trip next week and be safe!

Beautiful Flowers

Aren't these BEAUTIFUL??? I love getting suprises...thanks babe!
When I came home this afternoon Wes had cleaned the whole house and even did laundy...wow! I think he is bored with laying on the couch with his back. So he told me to go check on some clothes b/c he wasn't sure if I wanted them in the dryer. (Good Boy) These were sitting on the washer with a note. How romantic... :)
Sweet little Lyla girl! Her hair is really long right now so don't think I've neglected her. You can't even see her "trick or treat" bows b/c her hair is SO LONG! I want to let it grow out and be curly, well see how far it gets.
Look at face....TROUBLE! He is the sweetest thing EVER though and such a momma's boy. His hair is really long for Hemi too.
Not much going on around here this week...pretty dreary. Luckily it didn't rain today for once this week. On Monday mom and I went and did more wedding stuff! I picked out my cake & ALL the flavors....YUMMO! I can't wait to share with all my friends and family my favorite flavors. Then we went and picked out my wedding invitations with Amy Hannon...she is the BEST!!! I can't wait to see the FINAL one!!! We also went and looked at "everyday" dishes. I found some that I absolutely LOVE but they are pretty pricey so I may look a few more places.
I've got to go get dinner ready and lasagna out of the oven, goodnight!

Move Cows!

We got up EARLY Saturday morning and met Laci and Dave for the pancake breakfast at the Fayetteville fire station. yummo...it was goooood! Then we headed to Hog Tailgater for a while to say hi and "shoot the breeze" Wes would say. Then home for a mid morning nap and to the farm!
We helped move the cows from one pasture to another! Here they all come...poor things thought they were getting fed, ha NOPE!
David and Dustin didn't do anything besides goof off all day, what are we going to do with those boys!
I felt sorry for Charley so I gave her a ride. She is sooo sweet but she doesn't smell very good.
Here are a few of the girls up close, a little too close to me. I don't know what is it but they kinda freak me OUT!
oooohhhh....look at her! Don't you think she looks kinda scary?
Here are the 2 bulls of the group! They stay down at Granny's house!
Here is a picture of what used to be the spill way. After the hard rain it washed it all out so now we can't even drive over it. We have to go all the way to Granny's and come in through there. I'm sure this will be the next project Terry will need a little help on. He had just poured all the gravel there and it all washed away, so sad!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday while we were at the farm. Terry planted pumpkins and they had about 100 pumpkins for their first year. Thank goodness we grabbed us some up because pumpkins can get expensive!!!
Laci and I in the back of the truck full of pumpkins. We were patiently waiting for more pumpkins to fill up the truck. ha!
Terry and Linda picking their pumpkins!
That's how I like it....FULL! Look at those pumpkins, this was probably 1/8 of what we had total.
Hudson was the first one out and ready for the picture opt! Linda bought the boys matching pumpkin pj's to take their picture in the pile of pumpkins.
Luke had just woke up from a nap, and he wasn't too thrilled about getting his clothes changed but he was out and ready to go.
This was about the best picture I got of all 3 boys! They look pretty darn CUTE. It was pretty cold and the ground was wet so we were trying to be fast!

Big Boys Will Be Big Boys

Laci and Duke watching our "entertainment" from the boys!

Here is how it all begins......

Laci and I were pretty nervous about them doing this, we were yelling at them to stop.

And LOOK what happened....they flipped and got thrown off. Luckily they weren't hurt and kept going. They flooded this one out so then they had to get the other 4-wheeler out.

Here it is play by play....Step 1

Step 2: they rode like this for quite a while.

Step 3: here they are again upside down.

Step 4: jump off and do it again!

Step 5: roll it right side up and go to the next 4-wheeler.

We kept telling them it was time to put them up but they don't listen very good. Here is Wes riding on his 2 side wheels. I had never seen them do this before.

Just riding around the pasture!
