Wes and I had Joss for the afternoon yesterday and it was packed full of fun! We started off in the front yard playing and soaking up some vitamin C with Keegan. We had our 3 dogs running around like hyenas and Joss was on the loose, it was quite the experience...All while K & I tried to get some sun. Joss found my cup of water (not to mention she had her VERY OWN sippy cup) and drank the last drop! Opened up her package of yogurt bites and poured them all over the yard and had about half the container of puffs! WILD GIRL!
Her very first polished toenails, they look so cute!
Wes came home and let me shower before our friends came for Tacos on the patio. When I went to check on them...this is what I found. She was chillaxin' in her stroller watching Wes water all the plants!
She LOVES being outside!!!
She entertained herself in the highchair with some bath toys and a snack while I set up our taco bar! delicious!!!!
After patio time we walked down to some new neighbors that have just moved in to check on their progress and say hi then made a detour on the way home...to the boys house!
We ended up staying for a few hours just playing in the backyard since it was such a nice night. The kiddos jumped on the trampoline, played on the climber, mowed, hide n seek, etc.
Brody wanted to try Joss' flower on so bad...not too shabby!
Then it was O's turn to try it on!
We finished the night up with cookies at Keegan & Justin's house, picked granddad up at the airport, and called it a night! She passed OUT as soon as she hit the carseat on the ride home. SWEET BABY!!!!
She destroyed the whole living room within minutes, had her huge basket of toys drug out EVERYWHERE!!!
I finally caught her blowing kisses...this is in the motion!
Another action shot! This girl is so smart, she picks up on everything! I was calling the dogs a few weeks ago (making a clicking sound with my mouth). She called the dogs (mimicking my sound) all night last night. She thought it was hilarious!!!
Terrible quality but this face is so stinking ornery!
With Spring right around the corner and this amazing weather I couldn't help myself decorate my table a little early for SPRING! I love birds, and it's kinda a theme throughout my kitchen so I went with it.
I found the little Bunny at Hobby, broke out some wedding monogrammed napkins(I have 300 of these suckers), and my ultimate favorite...burlap and went to town. I love the way it turned out.
Now that is a Southern name...memphis all the way! We celebrated Brittany and soon to be Presley with a shower last weekend. She got lots of cute girlie stuff, so fun!!! And I got to see great old friends!
There she is...can't even hardly tell she is pregnant! Can't wait to meet and hold baby Presley!
Last weekend Joss spent the weekend with Wes and I...wowie! She's such a sweet baby but man is she a busy sweet baby! Saturday morning we got up and played a while so Wes could sleep in. I was folding laundry and she would not leave the laundry basket alone. So I sat it in the floor and let her play with it, she played with it for seriously 25 minutes. Nice little break for me! She somehow got underneath it and struggled to get out but I let her figure it out all on her own.
She got loose and took off with it. She pushed that thing all around the living room and just laughed at it when it got stuck on something.
It's about that time for Ben to decide....but first THE WOMEN TELL ALL!!!
What will they have to say about these two remaining ladies???
My pick would definitely be Lindzi BUT I don't think I will get what I want. AND I saw on the cover of a magazine yesterday that Ben chose Courtney and there is already trouble in paradise. Really? Imagine that. I'm not into this season at all. But I can't wait to watch Emily's season next. I loved her!!!
Yesterday we celebrated Owen's 4th and Brody's 2nd Birthdays at Boingo Bounce! Joss wasn't so sure about the large inflatables but she loved herself the little rocky horses. She would climb from one to the other and rock on all of them. She has a little pony at home...remember the one she is terrified of. Well, these are a lot easier to rock (and really low to the ground) so she was loving them.
Waiting "patiently" for her piece of cake and watching the boys open all their gifts.
Owen had an "Angry Birds" party & Brody had a "cars" party. So Holly made these awesome cookies for their party favors for the guests. They were sooooooo cute in person, she is so talented.
