Happy 8 months

At eight months you:

*wear 9 month and 12 month clothes. 12-18 month pjs and big boy jammies too now. 

*wear size 4 diapers 

*weight: 26# (I'm guessing, we go to doc in 2 weeks)

*height: 30" (again a guess until doc appt)

*head: 18.5"

*love your momma and daddy

*love food, any kind of food. Love to get a bite of whatever were eating. Favorite foods: Graham crackers, puffs, veggies, and fruit 

*love to drink water out of my cup from a straw

*you can say momma, dadda, bye bye, mmmm, dog, Bella

*use sign language for more

*love to fake cough still or mimic anything we do

*love to steal the show and get attention 

*love to give out hugs 

*love to sit in the floor and dump out your you basket

*can pull up and stand for a long time

*roll and scoot (on your belly) anywhere you want to go

*will get up on all fours but still not crawling

*love bath time still and found your "tilly"

*favorite toy is toy piano

*love to sit up on a blanket and play, especially outside

*such a people watcher and sometimes star at people

*love to give the "stink eye"

* love to party cake

*love to peep at people to get their attention 

*still love to nurse 

*easy car rider and sing songs every time

*we take you anywhere we want to go because you're so easy 

Gosh, how are you already 8 months old. Seems like yesterday wes and I were bringing you home. I love your bright blue eyes and the way they light up so big when I pick you up from memas house. You flap your hands and arms like a little bird when you get excited and reach so hard for me. I've loved watching you grow and change and learn and observe and take in life. I hope you know how much you are loved. Everywhere we go people want to talk to you because you're so happy and Smily. You've started throwing little fits when you want something and your personality is showing more and more with each day.
