Dancing Queen

By the end of the night rehearsal had turned into a BIG dancing party! We loved it and had so much fun! A lot of people had already left so mostly family was left with a few close friends and we boogied down, ha! I even got Wes to shake a little tail feathers with me.
Pritchett boys doing the sprinkler...Camden can really break it down! I think he gets it from his uncle Dusty and dad, what do you think?
More sprinkler but he was also doing the worm which was hilarious!
Dusty and Carrie couldn't resist! :)
Giving the "Uncle Roger Wave" he always waves at the camers, so funny!
Whole gang bustin' a move!
It wouldn't be a party without the cops showing up...right?
ooooppss! He was wishing he could stay and party with us.
Oh, Westley's face is hilarious!
BAD BOYS BAD BOYS WHATCHA GOIN DO WHEN THEY COME FOR YOU!!!
Rehearsal was SO FUN!!! Thanks to everyone for coming...can't wait to share many more memories with everyone!

Memorial Weekend

I had to take a little break from all the wedding posts. I HAVE A TON left to post but I wanted to catch up with our "normal" daily lives too. Wes and I went to the farm on Monday to spend memorial day...outside ALL day, of course and loved every minute. Here are some of the nice chickens and MEAN roosters. That ugly grey one you see will be my dinner one day SOON. He chased me out of the barn and through the garden. Gurdy was yelling "Haley turn around and kick him" Wes was running up with his hat and beating the heck out of him. I didn't know what to think or DO...so I just ran from him. I'm glad I could entertain everyone for the day. HA
Jack playing in his little swimming hole out at the farm.
Wes caught the first fish of the day but that's ONLY because I hadn't started fishing yet.
Lauren helped me get mine off my hook...he's little I know but hey at least I caught one or about 10 that day.
Jack gathered all the eggs from the chickens and here they are. One chicken lays only blue eggs, pretty neat. And they taste pretty darn good.
Scarlett and I were worn out from fishing all afternoon so we took a little air conditioning nap. It had been a little over a week since I saw her and she had GROWN so much. I missed her and she missed me too!
Wes helping T Huff cook some good chicken for dinner! (And no that rooster wasn't one of them. But soon and very soon he will be)
Wes caught a fish on his tweety bird pole, so cute!
Jack and Luke playing in their pop up tent and tube.
What a group there...loaded down to go fishing!
YEAH...my large catfish I caught! This is as close as I get to them.
Another fish I caught and Terry helped me get it off my hook.
Don't let Dustin fool you...that's my fish AGAIN!
Wes finally caught himself a fish. He was tired of me catching them all, ha.
Hossy was worn out and ready to head home.
Papa and Nana with baby girl Scarlett!
Laci and Scarlett...she had her fair share of the farm and fishing that day!

what a "fitting" outfit!

How did I know that Terry would show up in something like this for our rehearsal dinnner? I'm never wrong about him...so funny! He always works in cut off shirts so he thought this was verry "fitting" for the occasion.
Zebra & T Huff...what a pair!
Pat got Wes a "Honey Do" tool bag so this was on top...it's a honey dew fruit that says Honey Do's! It was hilarious and what a cute idea!
Mom giving her little emotional speech and welcoming Wes to the family.
Me and baby Scarlett...this was one of her first outings...to the party!
Al and Ang opening theirs!

Rehearsal Dinner

Getting everything set up in the back yard for the start of a new fun life! Wes litterally shop vac the back yard before the party. I think it was some where around 200 gallons of water we got up from all the rain.
Some of the table arrangements for dinner, they were giving my allergies a rough time but they were very pretty!
Our cute little sign for the wedding so we used it for the party too! Loved the way it turned out.
Family shot...love them!

Some of the men of the family...good lookin group!
BIG baby Jake and mom...he's an angel!
Huffmaster CLAN shootin the breeze with Wes.
Westley's parents and Austin!
Dunk goup! I barely caught Adriel when she jumped up from under the table, it was her home. And I even think Phin is flashin a smile, sweet thang!
Present time except Bert was more happy about his drink...or maybe he thought it was "cheer" time!
Lynlea and Laci opening up their gifts.

back to reality...playing catch up

WOW...what a couple of weeks!!! We had an amazing wedding & honeymoon! So now I hvae to catch up on all my blogging...whew! I'm starting with the rehearsal!
Here is our rehearsal sign at Bell Gable Friday night before the wedding.
Wes and I waiting on everyone to get there. It was SO hot so we hung out in the shade.
Kimberli found the swing and that kept her occupied, ha! Isn't she such a cute little flower girl?
Me, Dad, & Lynlea stopped for a quick pose before we started rehearsing.
Here we go! I think everyone had been in a wedding before so it's was pretty easy. We only went over it once, and that one time was a breeze.
All the guys "patiently" waiting in the sunshine! HA
Oh...here comes Miss America (that's what she thinks anyway) Don't tell her otherwise, she would really cry.
Dad and I with my "boquet" kinda funny!
Then the spot light was on us...joy! It was really a breeze.
I can't believe it's already over...I planned over a year for this magical day and it's over. I'm sooo happy how it ALL turned out and TG for such prefect weather. I honestly couldn't believe we got soooo lucky, it was a little on the hot side. I think summer is here in FULL THROTTLE! Now I've got to find myslef something else to work on b/c that took up sooo much of my spare time.
