Luke is ONE

Luke Aaron is ONE....I really can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday when Laci called to tell me Heath and Andrea were going to have a baby. And then I remember when they found out it was a boy...(just yesterday, I swear)

His actual birthday was last week but we celebrated on Saturday at his house! I always call him a little monkey and he was a little monkey for Halloween this year so this cake was quite "fitting."

He wasn't real sure what to think at first when everyone started singing to him but he liked it real fast. He is the cutest!

He barely touched it with 1 finger first until he got a good taste and then he 'pigged out' I don't think he liked getting his hands real dirty. He keep trying to wipe all the icing off, he eventually gave up.

Look at Andrea's face...priceless! Luke started slapping the cake and slinging it everywhere so mamma called it quits. He got it all over the curtains and managed to get some on Andrea's face.

When it came to opening presents he really didn't care. He just liked playing with the boxes and tissue the best. He got a BIG red wagon from his grandparents and all night he climbed in and out of that thing. He is quite the little dare devil too. He would climb in and stand up on the seats and sit on the edge of the back, climb down, get out, open the door, climb back in....OVER AND OVER!

Claire thought she would model one of the bows on a gift. (good choice, that's from my present...ha)

Hudson was a little sick so he had to stay on the couch all night away from all the other kids. Poor little guy, he didn't seem to mind though.

Arden and Jack of course thought it was their birthdays all night so they helped open EVERY single gift. Little Amelia kept her self entertained with all the tissue that was thrown her way. She is soooo easy and laid back. She doesn't have a chance with 2 older sisters.

what do you think? we find out a week from today if i will be having a nephew or niece...i'm sooooo excited! laci is having a baby. i can't decide on which i think it is. i was really thinking girl at first but i'm kinda changing my mind to a boy. ahhhhh i don't know but i don't care. i will be happy with either one. if it's a boy he's gonna have 3 older boy cousins so that would be really fun. if it's a girl she will get spoiled to death. i mean the first girl grand daughter? can you only imagine? i'm soooooo excited, this baby is gonna be half mine. ha

Rock~N~Bowl

wooowwwweeeee! i haven't been to rock~n~bowl in ages!!! but this is what wes wanted to do for his birthday so we did and had a great time! sarah, me, & laci getting ready to get our bowl on.

angela was in town for krystalyn's wedding so of course she had to come stop by. i love this girl and wish she would move back home!

Westley's Birthday PARTY!!!

Wes and I met a big group of our good friends at Shoguns on his birthday to celebrate! We had a GREAT time and thanks to everyone for coming!

Slumber Party At The Farm

Wes and I headed out to the farm Friday night to spend the night. All the boys were hunting the next morning EARLY so we thought it would be easy to stay out there. Well, Saturday was Westley's 30th Birthday so we had a little celebration Friday night. Linda cooked dinner for us and we had some cookie cake, just the 6 of us!

After dinner we snuck one of Westley's gifts in the living room all wrapped up. (It was to throw him off a little) And I think it worked. So he opened his first gift which was a new Sony surround sound system. See we have been looking at flatscreen t.v.s for a while now. So he thought this was to get him to buy one.

While he was busy opening his surround sound Terry and Dave snuck to the bedroom and drug out his BIG SCREEN T.V. He was completely shocked and speechless. He didn't know what to think, he thought it was a joke at first. Then he realized it was real and he was SOOOOOOOO excited.

He has been soooo excited about going hunting for the past 3 weeks he could hardly stand it. So Friday night he was pretty hyper and then he got a new t.v. so you can only imagine how he acted. I went to bed while he stayed up wired....He was up and at it at 4:15 in the morning to go hunting!

They didn't see anything good so they held off for another time!
